We respect your privacy. We collect only the details we need to respond to your requests. We don't sell data and we don't use advertising cookies.

2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Contact form
Data: full name, phone number, email address and your message.
Purpose: to answer your question or request (for example, a heating oil order).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us).
2.2 Marine fueling form
Data: boat name, flag, registration number, fuel quantity, phone number, email address and any notes.
Purpose: to arrange and confirm your refuelling.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract).
2.3 Website statistics (Google Analytics), only with your consent
If you click "Accept" in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, the approximate region, and whether the phone link was tapped or a form was sent. We do not use Google Signals, advertising features or personalised advertising.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006).
If you don't consent, no analytics cookies are stored. Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals (for example, that a visit took place and which cookie choice you made), which do not let us identify you.
2.4 Server logs
Like every website, our server automatically logs technical details of each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). We use them only to keep the site secure and working properly (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Who has access to the data
Only we see your data. To run the website we use trusted providers that process it on our behalf:
- Web3Forms: receives form submissions and forwards them to our email.
- Our email provider: where we receive your messages.
- Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics, only if you have consented.
- Our hosting provider: where the website runs.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for advertising purposes.
4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers (such as Google) may also process data in countries outside the EEA, including the United States. Such transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on the Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Form messages and requests: as long as needed to serve you, and at most 24 months after our last contact, unless the law (for example, tax rules for sales records) requires us to keep them longer.
- Google Analytics: according to the Google Analytics data retention setting, which does not exceed 14 months.
- Server logs: for a short period, according to the hosting provider's settings.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the home page, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019, you have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you and get a copy (access)
- have inaccurate data corrected
- ask for your data to be erased or its processing restricted
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability)
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest
- withdraw your consent at any time

8. Complaints
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Greek supervisory authority, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr, or with the data protection authority in your own EU country.
9. Links to other websites
This site links to third-party websites (for example BP, Facebook, Google Maps). When you visit them, their own privacy policies apply.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the way the website works changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
